What exactly do I get after checkout?

How do I receive my login?

After your purchase on Whop, your account is set up and your login details are sent to you through Whop. You then sign in at adoxo.io/login and land in your workspace.

Do I need technical skills?

No. Stores, products, themes, integrations and campaigns are all managed from the dashboard. Connecting a custom domain only requires pointing your DNS to adoxo.

Which countries and currencies are supported?

adoxo is built for COD markets across the Arab world — Algeria, Morocco, Libya, Egypt, Tunisia, the Gulf and more. 16 currencies are supported, including DZD, MAD, LYD, EGP, TND, SAR, AED, IQD, JOD, KWD, QAR, OMR, SDG, MRU, USD and EUR.

Do the AI tools need my own API keys?

You can enter your own Anthropic, ElevenLabs and Google Gemini keys in Settings → API Keys so AI usage costs stay under your control. Keys are stored per store and never shared.

Can my team use it?

Yes. Create as many accounts as you need for confirmation agents, media buyers and managers, and restrict each one by module, product or order status.

Can I use my own domain?

Every store gets a free yourstore.adoxo.io address and can also run on any custom domain you own. You choose which one is primary.

How do I get support?
